• Request a Refund: You must ask for a refund within 7 days of buying the subscription.
• Limited Usage: You should have used less than 10,000 words / 5 images or equivalent during this time.

Important Notes

• Refunds Are Not Automatic: If you cancel your subscription, contact us within 7 days to ask for a refund.
• Cancellation Timing: Cancellations happen at the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds Only Within 7 Days: No refunds for usage outside the 7-day period.
• Same Month Usage: No refunds if you've used your subscription in the same calendar month unless it's within the 7-day refund period.
